JULIA CHIANG

Cellist Julia Chiang has performed at Benaroya Hall, Symphony Hall, the Gewandhaus, and Lumen Field.

As as professional cellist, Julia has performed as part of Netflix’s promotional for Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story at Lumen Field and Providence Park. As part of an electric string quartet, Julia has played backup covers of Beatles songs for Across the Pond’s Ballet Meets the Beatles event.

Julia began her musical studies at age nine in the Boston area, where she trained classically with New England Conservatory’s Preparatory School and the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. She has performed semi-staged productions of Carmen and Eugene Onegin, and as well as on tour in Leipzig, Germany.

More recently, Julia has performed with Harmonia Seattle at Benaroya Hall, and enjoys sharing the joy of music in her local community.
